Cancellations:
We cannot accept cancellations once an order has been placed. This policy applies to all
orders, including pre-orders.
Pre-orders:
Coupons cannot be applied to pre-order items and will not be applied if used. The delivery
date is approximate. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date for pre-order items, as the
manufacturers sometimes run behind with their delivery/production schedule. Please
understand that this is beyond our control. When you pre-order, this item is reserved for you. This
means that we will charge your card for the full amount when the order is placed. If we find
that we cannot fulfill your order we will issue a refund to your card immediately. We will not
accept cancellations once a pre-order has been placed. However, if you decide that you
would no longer like to receive the pre-order item, you may request an online store credit to be
used for future purchases from blueheavenboutique.com.
