Return Instructions
1. Please submit your return request within 15 days of receipt. E-mail us at yourorder@blueheavenboutique.com to receive a Return
Authorization (RA) number prior to returning. ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RA NUMBER. Please include your order number with your
correspondence. Your order number is the last 5 digits shown on your invoice.
2. Your return should be postmarked within 3 days of receiving your RA number. Be sure to include your invoice and exchange instructions
if applicable, and send to the address below. We recommend that you purchase tracking and insurance on return packages. We cannot
accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.
3. Once your return has been received at Blueheavenboutique.com your exchange confirmation or merchandise credit info will be e-mailed
to you within 7 business days. Please be sure to check your spam folder for our e-mails.
Upon receipt of returned goods Blueheavenboutique.com reserves the right to deny the return if it does not meet the company return policy
requirements. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

EXCHANGES If you would like the same item in a different size or color, please return your original merchandise and include a note that tells
us the size/color you would like to receive. All other returns will be issued a store credit. If the exchange item is out of stock we will
automatically e-mail you a store credit. We cannot hold items for exchange. The charge for return shipping is a $5 flat fee for U.S.A. orders
and $25 for International.

merchandise that HAS BEEN WORN, DAMAGED, ALTERED OR WASHED. We do not accept items that smell of Febreeze, perfume or any
other distinct odor. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels
attached to the shoe box. Please return the item in the same condition we sent it to you. With tags if applicable, in plastic and nicely
packaged.
MERCHANDISE CREDITS Your credit will expire one year from the date issued and may be used for future orders from
blueheavenboutique.com. An individual merchandise credit code will be issued to you via e-mail with instructions on how to redeem it. WE
WILL NOT ISSUE A STORE CREDIT UNTIL AFTER YOUR RETURN HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND PROCESSED.
INELIGIBLE RETURNS Blueheavenboutique.com reserves the right to charge a 50% restocking fee for all ineligible returns. Final sale items
