Returns
If you would like to return your item please ship it back to us within 15 days of receipt. We will then issue an online store
credit to you via e-mail. This credit expires one year from the date the credit is issued and may be used towards any future
purchase at www.blueheavenboutique.com.  All customers who send returns to us will receive an online store credit code to
be used towards a future purchase. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping
charges and will not receive a credit for any shipping fees they have incurred.

Exchanges
Our items sell out very quickly and we do not often carry large quantities of merchandise. Therefore, please understand that
we cannot process exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, please return your original merchandise and place a
new order with your store credit code.

Merchandise credits do not expire and may be used for future orders from www.blueheavenboutique.com. An individual
merchandise credit code will be issued to you via e-mail. To redeem please enter this code in the comment box at checkout.
We will apply the credit manually to your order before your card is actually charged. Please don't be alarmed if your account
shows an authorization for the full amount. This is only an authorization, it is not the actual amount that you will be charged.
The finalized charge will be adjusted to reflect your applied store credit. You may use the credit all at once, or for multiple
orders until the credit is used up. Merchandise credits may be used for merchandise only; credits may not be used for past
orders or for shipping charges.

Returns are accepted on clothing merchandise within 15 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED
OR WASHED and must have ALL tags attached. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its
original condition and without postal labels attached to the shoe box.

1. Contact us via e-mail to request and RA number at sales@blueheavenboutique.com. Please include your order number with
your correspondence. Your order number is the last 4 digits shown on your invoice.

2. Be sure to include your invoice and send to the above address. We recommend that you purchase tracking and insurance
on return packages to Blueheavenboutique.com. This will provide you with proof of delivery, as we cannot accept
responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.

3. Once your return has been received at Blueheavenboutique.com your merchandise credit will be issued via e-mail

Upon receipt of returned goods Blueheavenboutique.com reserves the right to deny the return if it does not meet the
company return policy requirements. Unacceptable returns will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.
Blueheavenboutique.com reserves the right to charge return shipping costs to the customer in the event that an unacceptable
return is received by Blueheavenboutique.com

**All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping. We DO NOT accept returns on damaged merchandise.
