International Shipping
We value our international customers and we do our very best to deliver your package promptly and economically. Please undertsand that we
have no control over customs delays and import charges. The merchandise you order may be subject to custom import duties and taxes, which are
determined once the shipment reaches your country. You, the customer, are responsible for paying ALL additional charges for customs clearance
into the destination country. Blueheavenboutique.com has no control over the amount of the customs import charges and cannot predict how
much these charges may be. To find out more about the customs regulations in your country please contact your local customs office. Additionally,
when ordering from us, please note that you are the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Please note:
the risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you, the customer, upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
We are required by law, to disclose the contents of the order on the customs form on the outside of the package. We are also required to state the
full value of the merchandise in your order, even if the order is a gift. If the order is a gift, please ask us to mark the package as a gift, and we will do
this for you. However, the cost of the order will still be shown on the customs form. Please be aware that some packages may be opened and
inspected by customs authorities.
In many cases you may need to pick up the package from your carrier and pay the customs import charges. These charges will need to be paid by
you before the package will be released to you. Please be prepared to pay for these customs taxes when your package arrives.
Refused Shipments
We charge a 30% RESTOCKING FEE for all refused packages. If you decide to refuse a shipment from us, you are still responsible for the original
shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and
the cost of returning the package to www.blueheavenboutique.com. This amount will be subtracted from your refund when received. You will also
be added to our blocked buyer list as we will no longer accept orders from you.
