Pre-order terms

Coupons- coupons CANNOT be applied to pre-order items and will not be applied if used.
Delivery date - We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date for pre-order items, as the
manufacturers sometimes run behind with their delivery/production schedule. Please understand that this is
beyond our control. The delivery date given is an estimate given to us by the manufacturer.
Payment - When you pre-order, this item is reserved for you. We will charge your card for the full
amount when the order is placed. If we find that we cannot fulfill your order we will issue a refund.
Cancellations - We will not accept cancellations once a pre-order has been placed. However,
if you decide at a later date that you would no longer like to receive the pre-order item, you may request a
store credit to be used for future purchases from blueheavenboutique.com.
